Wix Patriots · Proposal for Md Touhidul Islam · 22 October 2026

A week's orders.
One easy checkout.

Your customers choose meals for different days, select pickup or delivery for each day, and pay once. Your team uploads the menu once and manages the week from Wix.

01 · The customer experience

Different days. Different delivery choices. One order.

The website should make this example straightforward: Tuesday's lunch is collected from a restaurant; Thursday's lunch is delivered to the customer's shop. Both stay together in one basket.

  • Each day keeps its own pickup location or delivery address.
  • Pickup is free; delivery uses the agreed fee and assigned 30-minute slot.
  • At 10:00 AM Budapest time, same-day ordering closes. Future days stay open.
  • Customers can request personal or company invoices without changing account type.
  • Returning customers can reuse saved details and download their invoices.

Illustrative layout, not a finished website. Actual menu, venues, prices and delivery slots come from your approved data.
02 · The weekly workflow

Upload the menu. Check it. Publish it.

From weekly menu upload to customer order and invoiceStaff upload a spreadsheet, preview and publish the menu, and send a subscriber newsletter. Customers order from that menu. Confirmed payment records the order and triggers invoicing.Upload spreadsheetPreview & publishWeekly emailCustomers choose daysPay once · WorldlineOne file, both languagesCatch errors before going liveOnly to opted-in subscribersPickup or delivery for each dayVerified payment confirmationPaid order & invoiceSzámlázz.hu + customer historyPublished menu available to order Upload spreadsheetPreview & publishCustomers choose daysPay once · WorldlineOne file, both languagesCheck dates, prices and imagesPublication also triggersthe weekly subscriber emailPickup or delivery for each dayVerified payment confirmationPaid order & invoiceSzámlázz.hu + customer history
A completed menu publication sends one weekly campaign. Correcting a dish later does not send the whole campaign again.

Wix manages the website, members and contacts. Custom Velo logic handles dated menus, multi-day baskets, delivery rules and API connections. Paid orders retain their original prices and details even when the next menu is uploaded.

03 · Included in your launch

The complete Step 1 from your brief.

What you receiveIncluded
Bilingual mobile websiteHome, weekly menu, ordering, cart and checkout. Responsive member screens. Future delivery links remain hidden until their phase launches.
Weekly menu managementCSV/Excel upload, validation and preview; current/next-week menus, Wednesday release, category filters, localized dates, PDF download and clean printing.
Ordering & fulfilmentMulti-day basket, 10:00 AM cut-off, three editable pickup locations and typed collection times. Postcode/street eligibility, assigned delivery slots, saved address nicknames and guest checkout.
Payments & invoicesWorldline connection and Számlázz.hu automation. Editable personal/company billing, Adószám format checks, logged legal acceptances and protection against duplicate invoice requests.
Members, CRM & emailSaved billing/delivery profiles, order history, protected invoice downloads, contact segmentation/export, marketing preference controls and the CMS-driven weekly newsletter.
Training & launchAdministrator training, short video guides, real-order testing, deployment and 30 days of post-launch support after each phase goes live.
If an invoice service fails, the paid order stays safe.

Show the order as paid with its invoice pending, alert your team and allow a controlled retry. A customer should never need to pay again because an invoice could not be generated immediately.

04 · Price & delivery

A fixed launch price, paid against milestones.

Steps 1 + 2 · Your discounted fixed price

Original proposed fees: US$4,250

US$1,500

Your project discount: US$2,750
Step 1 originally $3,500 + Step 2 originally $750.

For the complete Step 1 launch scope above and the agreed Step 2 catering extension, including unlimited in-scope revisions, administrator handover, the extras below and 30-day support after each phase goes live.

Future development

US$25 / hour

For approved new features, later changes and work beyond included support. No mandatory retainer.

Payment milestones

Technical validation$100
Approved design & menu system$350
Ordering, payment & invoicing$450
Members, email, testing & launch$350
Step 2 · Agreed catering extension$250
Total Steps 1 + 2$1,500

The $100 validation is included in the total, not added on top. Each later milestone is funded and reviewed separately on Upwork.

The discounted price covers one Wix site, one merchant/invoicing entity, the Step 1 requirements in v03 and the agreed Step 2 extension described below. We confirm the exact Worldline product and the final scope during validation before you commit to the remaining $1,400. If validation identifies a material incompatibility, we agree an alternative or revised quote before development.

Start with validation · allow 2–3 working days

Check a sample upload, the cut-off and a test invoice where access is ready. Review the Worldline account and confirm the checkout approach. Full production gateway development belongs to the build milestones.

Build Step 1 · allow 5–7 working weeks after validation

Weeks 1–2: design and menu management. Weeks 3–4: ordering, delivery, payment and invoicing. Weeks 5–7: member area, newsletter, testing, training and launch. Access, approved content and feedback are needed to keep this schedule.

Step 2 · plan for activation about one month after launch

Allow 1–2 working weeks for the agreed catering/office ordering flow and three-day notice rule. Included in the $1,500 total as an extension of the existing ordering system with a three-day notice rule and optional pickup. Confirm its detailed flow before development; any additional requirements need a separate agreement. Step 3 home delivery will be quoted separately.

05 · Revisions, support & useful extras

Enough support for your team to take ownership.

Unlimited revisions

Unlimited revision rounds on the agreed design and functionality until approval. You can review the mobile layout and ordering journey as we build, rather than wait for a final reveal.

New pages, integrations or changed business rules are scoped separately. Revisions do not mean extra charges to correct work that fails the agreed requirements.

30 days after each phase launches

Included bug fixes and support for the delivered ordering, payment, invoice, member and newsletter flows. Questions from your administrators are included too.

For a checkout or invoicing incident, the proposed response target is within one working day. External outages are investigated and escalated; provider restoration times remain outside our control.

Included at no extra charge

Daily kitchen & dispatch export

A simple CSV filtered by service date, with dish quantities, pickup venue or delivery point, assigned slot and order reference. Your staff can prepare today's orders without working through a mixed-week list.

Included at no extra charge

Menu kit & launch rehearsal

The final upload template, a short weekly checklist and a test newsletter. Before launch, we rehearse an upload, a mixed-day order and an invoice recovery together, then leave your team with the walkthrough videos.

Something useful now

Your starter menu template

These are the eight columns from v03. Download a blank UTF-8 CSV to start organizing your menu; the final import format will be confirmed during validation.

Week Identifier · Date · Week Day · Category
Dish Name HU · Dish Name EN · Price HUF · Image URL or File Reference
Download blank menu CSV

Use one row per dish per service date. Use actual dates, keep HUF prices numeric and retain Hungarian accents. Check the preview before publication. The template contains no invented menu or pricing data.

06 · Relevant experience

Experience that connects to your requirements.

The CSV tool is an administrator feature, not visible on the public site.

07 · Let's confirm the practical details

A 20-minute call. A clear starting point.

We can discuss everything in English on Upwork. If Hungarian is easier, you are welcome to write in Hungarian; I can use translation tools for written communication and confirm technical decisions in writing. I do not speak Hungarian. This proposal also includes a Hungarian reading version using the language buttons above. Please bring a sample menu and the existing Wix site, if there is one. We will confirm the Worldline account, delivery fee/slot rules and invoicing setup, then agree the first validation milestone.

Three brief details to settle: Wednesday menu release versus a possible Thursday upload; how payments finishing after 10:00 are handled; and whether Step 2 is Office Delivery, Event Catering or both.

You keep ownership of the website, source code, content and provider accounts. My role is to leave you with a working ordering service and a team that knows how to run it.

Scope and operating assumptions

The business supplies or approves HU/EN copy, images, venue and street lists, legal text and accountant-approved VAT/invoice rules, including multi-day prepayments and cancellations. Wix, domain, payment, invoicing and email provider fees are paid separately by the client. Card authentication may require a provider or bank screen even with a one-page ordering form. A custom Worldline connection is validated against the exact merchant product before the remaining build is committed. B2B invoice format checks do not replace company registration verification.

The discounted $1,500 total includes Step 2 as an agreed extension of the existing ordering system: catering orders, a three-day advance notice rule and optional pickup. A separate catering quotation engine or additional office-delivery service is outside this offer unless agreed. Step 3, route optimization, external food-app stock synchronization, additional gateways and full automated refund/correction workflows are separate unless agreed. Required launch refund/reconciliation procedures will be settled during validation. Both future service links are prepared but hidden in Step 1.

Before sign-off we test the 10:00 boundary, stale and multi-day baskets, delivery restrictions, guest/member billing, duplicate payment events, failed-invoice recovery, member invoice access, newsletter opt-outs and mobile layouts. Legal and fiscal settings require the business's approval. The offer and final delivery schedule are agreed on Upwork after validation.
